Ring in the New Year
Special 5 course dinner
December 31, 2025

Dinner is one sitting and the cost is $100/person + HST for the evening.

It includes party favors and a glass of bubbly for the toast.

Nibblies are served at 8:30pm to accompany a cocktail/beverage hour before dinner is served. Cocktails and beverages are available but not included.

Dinner service begins at 9:30 pm and ends with desserts just before we ring in the New Year with the glass of bubbly.

New Years Eve Overnight Package

— Suites              $425 per couple + HST
— Chalets            $500 per couple + HST

Rates are for two and include NYE dinner, accommodation for 1 night, and a hot breakfast New Years Day.

Soup or Salad (Choice of)

Fresh Sliced Mushroom Soup
A rich broth with mushrooms and tarragon.
Finished with swirl of port wine/crème fraiche and green onions.

Crisp Green Salad Champagne Dressing
With julienne of sweet peppers, bocconcini, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, & scallions.

lemon sherbet with amaretto

Main Courses (Choice of)

Butter Poached Scallops
Served with a Grand Marnier cream

-Or-

A Roasted  Supreme of Chicken
Rubbed with garlic and thyme it is stuffed with pesto, fresh tomato, and provolone
then served with a balsamic/maple reduction and a drizzle of olive oil.

Dessert (Choice of)

Mocha Truffle Cake
Layers of European chocolate cake, chocolate truffle, and coffee truffle.
It is topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Irish Cream Cheesecake
It is served with a Bailey’s Irish Cream sauce, whipped cream and toasted almonds

Freshly brewed tea and Just Us Coffee are included.
They are served with the dessert course.

A glass of bubbly is also included to toast in the New Year at midnight.
