For the Christmas Season

We are serving a special dinner
Thursday – Sunday each week from Nov 29- Dec 21st/25.
Advance reservations are required.

Dinner is 3 Courses
The cost is $70/person + HST

Cocktails and pre-dinner drinks are served at 6:30 pm in the parlour.
Dinner is served at 7:30.
Please note the maximum table size is 8.  (Larger bookings will be at multiple tables)

Overnight with dinner and breakfast 
Per couple,… guest room $325 +HST, suite $350 +HST, chalet $450 +HST

Our Christmas Season Menu

First Course

 Soup – Carrot and Roasted Red Pepper
It is served with smoked cheddar, and scallions.

-Or-

Salad – Mandarin Oranges & Poppyseed Vinaigrette
With crisp lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, green onion, and feta.

First course is accompanied by a loaf of fresh house-made bread for the table.

Main Course

Scallop and Shrimp Stuffed Sole Florentine
A fillet of sole stuffed with spinach, scallops, and cold-water shrimp.
It is served with a white wine cream and panko-parmesan crust.

Christmas Chicken Wellington
A breast of chicken with a cranberry/gouda and savory stuffing.
It is wrapped in puff pastry and served with white wine gravy.

Main Courses are served with the following sides. Broccoli with tarragon butter,
buttercup squash with cinnamon, cider glazed beets, and garlic roasted potatoes.

Dessert 

Chocolate Mousse Pâté
A semi frozen chocolate mousse.
It is served with a brandied dark sweet cherry sauce, and whipped cream

 Eggnog Cheesecake 
With a warm buttered rum sauce, whipped cream, and nutmeg.

Freshly brewed tea and Just Us Coffee are included.
They are served with the dessert course.
