Carrot & Grand Marnier Soup
Puree of carrot, orange and grand marnier.
Seasoned with rosemary and topped with a dollop of creme fraiche
Fresh Strawberries with Balsamic
Assorted crisp greens with fresh sliced strawberries,
a balsamic vinaigrette and toasted black pepper
A fillet of Atlantic Salmon oven steamed on a bed of
garlic infused spinach. Served with a horseradish cream.
A Proscuitto Wrapped Chicken Roulade
A boneless breast of chicken stuffed with cream cheese, caramelized onion
and red bell peppers. It is rolled, wrapped in prosciutto and roasted.
Brownie Bottom Cheesecake
A vanilla cheesecake baked on top of a dense chocolate brownie.
Served with a melted chocolate truffle sauce and fresh whipped cream.
Raspberry Almond Torte
A light butter cake layered with marzipan and raspberry puree.
Finished with a whipped cream icing and a raspberry drizzle.
