Four Courses – One sitting at 7:30 Each Evening

1st Course

Roasted Winter Squash Soup
with maple, thyme and roasted red pepper purée

Warm Mushroom Salad
Mushrooms sautéed with balsamic and tarragon
served on a bed of garden greens with old cheddar, scallions and diced tomato

Lemon Steamed Atlantic Salmon
with  a lemon and dill cream

Bread Crumb & Dijon Crusted Chicken
with a spinach, swiss cheese and tomato stuffing
served with sauce lyonnaise

dark chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache and glazed with a European chocolate couverture
