St Patrick’s Day Menu

Four Courses – Saturday, March 17th, 2018

1st – Soup

Leek & Potato 
A light broth with potatoes and thyme topped with sour cream and chives.

2nd – Salad

Smoked Salmon
Cold smoked salmon served with Irish soda bread, crisp lettuce greens and a dill horseradish.

3rd – Main Courses

Dublin Lawyer
A traditional Irish method of serving lobster with an Irish whiskey cream.


Bacon Wrapped Chicken
Stuffed with root vegetables, herbs and barley.
Roasted and served with a Guinness brown sauce.


With sides of champ, scalloped cabbage, baked beets with garlic and honey glazed turnip.

4th – Desserts

Irish Apple Crumble Cake
A moist apple cake interior with a light crumbly topping. Served with a cinnamon custard.


Irish Cream Chocolate Cheesecake
Served on a puddle of Bailey’s sauce and topped with whipped cream & toasted almonds.
