Roasted Carrot 

With maple, cumin, sour cream and thyme.

Spinach Salad with a Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
Served on a bed of baby spinach with sliced mushrooms,  diced tomatoes,
hard boiled egg,  grated Parmesan and crispy bacon.

Main Courses
Grilled Atlantic Salmon
With charred red bell pepper and a horseradish cream reduction.


Chicken Elizabeth
A boneless breast of chicken stuffed with spinach, Swiss cheese and proscuitto.
It is wrapped in puff pastry and served on a bed of hollandaise.

Layered Mocha Cheesecake
with a semi sweet chocolate glaze and a chocolate cookie crumb crust


Lemon Angel Pie
A  meringue crust with lemon curd and whipped cream.
Served with roasted rhubarb and brown sugar compote.
