A baked fillet of halibut with a bread crumb, parsley and parmesan coating .

Chicken Elizabeth

A boneless breast of chicken stuffed with Swiss cheese, spinach and prosciutto;

wrapped in  puff pastry and served with hollandaise.

Amaretto Chocolate Cheesecake

An inn favorite since 1980 – a dense chocolate & amaretto cheesecake with a chocolate crumb crust and a dark chocolate glaze.


Rhubarb and Lemon Curd Cake

A rhubarb cake with alternating layers of cake and lemon curd.

Served with a roasted rhubarb and brown sugar compote.
