March Maple Menu

Please note: we will be serving this menu every Saturday for the month of March except for March 17th.
We will be serving it on Friday the 16th as we have a special menu to celebrate St Patrick’s on Saturday.



Tribute To Maple

Maple In Four Courses


  1st – Soup 

Roasted Carrot & Maple Soup
With cumin, dillweed and sour cream.

 2nd – Salad 

Grilled Portabello with Maple Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
Served on a bed of baby spinach, with crisp maple bacon, scallions and diced tomato.

 3rd – Main Courses 

Grilled Fillet of Salmon
Charred on a cast iron grill and glazed with maple syrup and Dijon mustard.

Maple Brined Pork Tenderloin
Roasted with garlic and thyme.
Served with maple sautéed apple/smoked cheddar dressing and a maple cider coulis.

4th – Desserts 

Maple Cheesecake with a Dark Chocolate Glaze
Baked with a chocolate crumb crust and served with a maple whiskey cream.


Maple Bavarian Cream Tart
With toasted pecans and a warm maple butterscotch sauce.

The four courses are $55.00/person plus taxes & gratuity
It includes our housemade bread served with the soup course
and tea or coffee which is served with dessert.
