Roasted Carrot & Maple Soup
With cumin, dillweed and sour cream.

Grilled Tomato With Maple & Wild Blueberry Dressing
Served on a bed of baby spinach, with bocconcini , scallions and cucumber.

Prosciutto Wrapped Scallops with Garlic & Maple
Drizzled with a maple balsamic reduction.


Maple Dijon and Thyme Crusted Pork Tenderloin
With maple cider coulis and maple cider poached apples.

Maple Cheesecake with a Dark Chocolate Glaze
Baked with a chocolate crumb crust and served with a maple whiskey cream.


Maple Bavarian Cream Tart
With toasted pecans and a warm maple butterscotch sauce.
