A four course dinner is available by advanced reservation each evening at 7:30 to room guests and others. The menu changes each evening, and the cost is $44.50 per person. Menu selections are made at the time of the reservation. A selection of international wines is available to complete the dinner. The wine list follows the typical dinner menu below. Cocktails start at 6:45.

 

The dinner always begins with soup. The second course, the salad course, features fresh garden fare. For the main course, there is always a choice between two entrees, either a seafood fresh from Maritime waters and a meat or chicken alternative. The lush garden fare is again highlighted during the main course with the accompanying vegetables. At dessert there is always a choice of a chocolate and an alternate dessert for those looking for something lighter.
